As per our credit policy, we offer payment terms to approved customers. After careful consideration, we are pleased to provide you with two payment options tailored to your preferences. Please review the following payment terms and select your preferred option by checking the corresponding box:
Option 1: Entire Month Purchase Payment Terms: Under this option, all purchases made from your Company within an entire month will be due for payment by the 10th of the following month. For example, if you make purchases throughout the month of July, the payment for those purchases would be due no later than the 10th of August. This arrangement allows you a reasonable timeframe to review and reconcile the invoices for the month before making payment. In case of late payment, a late payment charge of 2% will be applicable.
Option 2: Net 30 Payment Terms: Alternatively, we also offer standard net 30 payment terms. This means that payment for all purchases will be due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. In case of late payment, a late payment charge of 2% will be applicable.

Collection and use of credit Information :- We may use the information contained within to establish and serve you as our customer or when required and permitted by law. When you provide us with your credit information, we may use it to obtain information about you from third parties through the credit approval process. We may disclose information to lenders, credit bureaus or any person or corporation with whom we have or propose to have financial relations, this helps establish your credit history and support the credit process. The applicant authorizes New Metador Inc to conduct credit checks and obtain necessary information for credit evaluation purposes.
In the event of non-payment, New Metador Inc reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover all costs associated with the collection of the debt, including but not limited to legal fees and court costs.
All invoices are to be paid in full within terms stipulated on the account.
There are to be no deductions, holdbacks or offsets of any kind from the invoiced amount.
Interest is charged and payable at the rate of 2% per month or 24% per annum on past due balances.
Failure to comply can result in cancellation of credit privileges without notice.
